Withdrawal

We would like to inform you about the legal right of revocation.

You have the right to withdraw, in whole or in part, the contract for the purchase of standard products made on the Internet via our online store within fourteen days without giving any reason.

There is a restriction to revocation with the boards with customer-owned design ("Custom-Design"). These boards are not standard products but are specifically agreed and manufactured at the customer's request. For these custom-made products, we exclude the revocation of the order from the time the board was produced. The purchase can be revoked before this date and within the usual time limits. An informal photo documentation is agreed for the proof of the production of the board form with the customer design.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must declare your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a registered letter sent by post, or e-mail) to EWAKE GERMANY GmbH, Vor der Kreuz 23, 66773 Schwalbach, Tel. 0800-9000 007, Email: sales@ewake-surf.com by means of a clear statement (e.B. a registered letter sent by post, or e-mail).

You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from the contract you have designated, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undisclosed and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed between us; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

The refund will only take place when we have received the goods back and the goods receipt has been confirmed at one of our warehouses or at our registered office.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which Su informed us of the revocation of this contract or hand them over to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. The direct costs of returning the goods are to be borne by you if the goods can be returned normally by post.

Costs of returning the goods, which due to their nature cannot be returned normally by post, are to be borne by you and depending on the distance and choice of the shipping service provider, this can amount to up to 350 € for example in the case of a board return with batteries.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the nature and functioning of the goods. If boards are put into operation by use in water or salt water (sea), this represents such a loss of value, which may lead to a reduction in the repayment amount upon withdrawal.
