Right of withdrawal

We would like to inform you about the statutory right of withdrawal.

You have the right to revoke the contract concluded on the Internet via our online store for the purchase of standard products in whole or in part within fourteen days without giving reasons.

There is a restriction on revocation for boards with a customer-specific design ("custom design"). These boards are not standard products but are specifically agreed and manufactured to customer specifications. For these custom-made products, we exclude the cancellation of the order from the point in time when the board has been produced. The purchase can be revoked before this point in time and within the usual time limits. An informal photo documentation is agreed as proof of the successful production of the board shape with the customer design.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear statement to EWAKE GERMANY GmbH, Im Marx'schen Winkel 5 67122 Altrip, Tel registered letter sent by post, or e-mail) explaining your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You can use the attached model cancellation form for this, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from the contract you have designated, we will owe you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than that offered by us, you have chosen the cheapest standard delivery) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed between us; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.

Repayment will only be made when we have received the goods back and the goods have been confirmed at one of our warehouses or at our place of business.

You must return the goods to us or hand them over to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which Su informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are to be borne by you if the goods can be returned normally by post.

You have to bear the costs of returning the goods, which due to their nature cannot normally be sent back by post, and depending on the distance and the choice of shipping service provider, this can amount to up to €350, for example in the case of a board return with batteries.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the condition and functioning of the goods. If boards are put into operation by being used in water or salt water (sea), this represents such a loss in value that can lead to a reduction in the repayment amount when they are taken back.
